KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Price Technology Administration to join our Sales Enablement organization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Successfully rollout and perform ongoing management of the Certinia Pricing Solution.
  2. Serve as a SME for Certinia with an understanding of how it integrates with our various KPMG ecosystem and the features/functionality.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Pricing Commercial Excellence, Digital Nexus, Change Management, and various operational teams.
  4. Liaise with Certinia and Salesforce to manage technical issues, upgrades, and roadmap planning.
  5. Manage the operational support and continuous improvement of the Certinia application following launch, including incident resolution, enhancement prioritization, and user support.
  6. Bring technical expertise, pricing strategy knowledge, and strong communication skills to drive business outcomes and ensure seamless support of our internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum five years of recent, professional experience with a focus on the professional services industry (preferable), sales operations, or enterprise technology management.
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or Master's is a plus.
  3. Hands-on experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) and SalesCloud preferred; familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow is a plus.
  4. Experience managing or supporting technology implementations, including product support.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  6. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship is available for this role.

California Salary Range: $101,200 - $215,100.
