Position Overview

The Manager, Preferred Technology Partners leads a team managing a portfolio of products and solutions from OCHIN’s preferred technology partners (PTPs). These include third-party EMR-integrated tools such as payment processing, virtual care visits, faxing, telecommunications, eConsults, and electronic prescribing of controlled substances, aimed at enhancing efficiency and user experience.

  • Oversee, lead, coordinate, and manage the PTP program’s portfolio, processes, and functions to meet organizational and member needs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends impacting the PTP program and align activities with the program’s roadmap.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support and promote the program’s activities, products, projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and implement innovative methods to improve portfolio performance, change management, and adoption rates.
  • Bring new ideas to create value and systems to support growth and efficiency.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on the processes, value proposition, and use cases for the portfolio’s products/services.
  • Communicate team decisions, outcomes, and best practices to ensure alignment and support across the team.
  • Assign resources for projects and collaborate with the PTP Director to anticipate future needs.
  • Act as an escalation point as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
