Responsibilities:

  • Meet expectations of applicable leadership competencies.
  • Establish and implement goals, policies, procedures, and systems for administrative areas.
  • Assist in developing and executing operational plans and budgets.
  • Supervise clinic personnel, including training and work assignments.
  • Evaluate staff performance, recommend promotions or disciplinary actions, and participate in hiring and termination processes.
  • Resolve administrative problems and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Implement cost-effective policies across operational areas.
  • Collaborate with regional and marketing teams on practice development.
  • Ensure proper job descriptions, policies, and payroll practices.
  • Monitor and control expenditures, identify cost savings.
  • Serve as liaison with external agencies.
  • Work with staff and providers to ensure quality patient care, maintain communication, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Gather and report operational data; develop revenue strategies.
  • Participate in professional development and ensure licensure and accreditation compliance.
  • Follow HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
  • Communicate effectively, uphold organizational policies, and support cultural diversity.
