Job summary

Kootenai Health is seeking a Manager Practice II to oversee the daily operations of our growing Kootenai Heart Clinics, supporting approximately 40 providers across five locations.

You will lead staffing, optimize workflows, and partner with physicians to ensure exceptional patient care and strong operational metrics. This role requires collaborative leadership and a track record of improving service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare or operational experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
• RN preferred and clinical experience.

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple cardiology clinic locations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure efficient patient flow and resource allocation to meet service demand.
• Monitor and achieve quality, access, and operational performance metrics.

• Address patient concerns and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Oversee facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and supply procurement.
• Support budget management and demonstrate increasing financial accountability.

Kootenai Health is seeking a Manager Practice II to oversee the daily operations of our growing Kootenai Heart Clinics. This role provides leadership and operational oversight across five clinic locations, supporting approximately 40 providers who deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care throughout the region.

This position is responsible for ensuring efficient clinic operations, exceptional patient experiences, strong staff performance, and achievement of key quality and access metrics.

As the Manager Practice II you will partner closely with physicians, clinical staff, and support teams to optimize workflows, improve service delivery, and maintain high standards of patient care.

What you will do!

Kootenai Heart Clinics provides a full spectrum of cardiovascular services, from prevention and diagnostics to treatment and rehabilitation. Our team includes 40 board-certified cardiologists and specialists with expertise in general cardiology, electrophysiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, invasive cardiology, and interventional cardiology.
