Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Platform Operations Manager to drive the operational prep and launch of Peacock's VOD content, hubs, campaigns and tiered experiences. You will lead a team, coordinate with Product, Marketing and Support, and help optimize metadata, assets and scheduling for real-time streaming operations.

The role focuses on scalable playbooks, cross-functional launches, and tentpole initiatives, with a hybrid work model and a compensation range of $85,000–$110,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience on digital media platforms
  • 3+ years of experience managing title operations or publishing at scale
  • Experience with CMS toolsets
  • Proficiency with AirTable
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Strong organization and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Create and scale a playbook of operational executions for cross-functional launches
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Peacock campaigns, collections and hubs
  • Oversee platform tiered experiences and audience-targeted content

Additionally, you will support targeted Marketing efforts for users' varied tiers and entitlements.We're looking for an unflappable, detail-oriented team member who can manage various content management systems in a fast-changing industry - while also providing versatile support to the team. The Platform Operations team is tasked with ensuring the promotion of priority titles, buzzy metadata, eye-catching imagery, and related assets that intrigue subscribers. This includes alternative and custom assets used in audience segmentation and multi-variant testing.It's a 24/7 operation responsible for updating content based on performance, strategy, and events unfolding in real time. Our team works in coordination with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams in addition to other stakeholders.
