Ball Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality systems and food safety programs in our Fort Worth manufacturing facility. You will partner with operations, suppliers, and customers to drive excellence and compliance.

The role requires 4+ years of quality experience in manufacturing, leadership ability, and familiarity with GMP/HACCP/ISO. Onsite work is expected with relocation assistance potentially available.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with GMP, HACCP, SQF, ISO, FSSC, or related quality systems preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Expected Hiring Salary Range: $98,900 - $141,330 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
• This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.

• Onsite Work Environment:This requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
