Job Description
Aspiriant seeks to recruit a Manager for our Client Experience (Planning Strategy & Research) (PS&R) group. This is a nationwide search, with the opportunity to be located anywhere that Aspiriant has an office (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Mountain View, Irvine, San Diego, Austin, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Cincinnati, or New York).
The Manager is a key generalist role, responsible for maintaining and enhancing our wealth management platform and its integration with client service areas. The role also involves providing technical financial planning expertise and supporting operational development.
The Manager will report to the Chief Client Officer and collaborate with other departments such as Client Service Practice, Investment Strategy & Research, Client Service Operations, and IT.
PS&R is tasked with building and maintaining Aspiriant’s wealth planning platform and advocating for the client experience. Its mission is to help advisors foster strong client relationships that support clients' financial goals and well-being. PS&R continuously evolves the platform with technology, tools, training, and materials to make client service seamless and satisfying.
