Position OverviewThe Manager of Physician Practice Patient Access, Digital Engagement & Front-End Collections provides strategic and operational leadership for patient access services, centralized call center operations, digital patient engagement technologies, and front-end revenue cycle functions across UHS Physician Practice Operations.This position is responsible for driving system-wide standardization, optimization, and performance improvement initiatives that enhance patient access, improve patient experience, increase digital adoption, strengthen point-of-service financial performance, and support organizational growth objectives.
