Job Description

The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement programs to improve patient access and provider efficiency at assigned practice locations. Responsibilities include enhancing patient experience, ensuring high-quality care, developing staffing structures aligned with care quality and patient satisfaction goals, and participating in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care across Valley Health's network and affiliated hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 10 years of relevant practice experience
• At least 3 years of physician practice experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of professional coding, billing, or revenue cycle management (preferred)
• American College of Medical Practice Executives Certification (ACMPE) preferred
• Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to mentor and precept staff
• Proven success in building physician relationships
• Financial acumen and revenue cycle knowledge
