Title: Manager, Physical Product

Location: On-site in our Nashville Music Row Office

AsManager, Physical Product, you’ll be at the center of bringing our artists’ music and brands into the hands of fans through vinyl, CDs, and merch. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of physical product, from concept and sourcing to manufacturing, distribution, and delivery; ensuring that every release is executed at the highest quality, on time, and aligned with our artists’ vision.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage physical production timelines for all music releases (vinyl, CDs, box sets, special editions), ensuring deadlines are met across manufacturing, shipping, and retail.
  • Source and maintain relationships with vendors, pressing plants, printers, and merch partners; negotiate costs, timelines, and terms to maximize quality and value.
  • Oversee production of artist-branded merchandise tied to releases, tours, and special campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand and creative direction.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, distribution channels (D2C, retail, tour, etc.), and fulfillment partners to keep product flowing smoothly to fans.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring physical products to life and keep projects on track.
  • Ensure all physical products meet Big Loud’s standards, reviewing test pressings, samples, and proofs before final production.
  • Identify opportunities for new physical formats, packaging concepts, and creative add-ons that enhance fan engagement and artist branding.
What You Have
  • 3+ years’ experience in music/entertainment physical product, supply chain, or merchandise production.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple releases, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Vendor negotiation and relationship-building experience.
  • Knowledge of vinyl production, printing processes, and supply chain logistics.
  • Creative thinker with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
