The Pharmacy Workflow Innovation team is a dynamic team within Retail Store Operations aimed to support the business and our retail colleagues while upholding and reinforcing regulatory and compliance standards. This position involves identifying and designing opportunities to address business challenges. This colleague designs solutions for business problems and works as part of a larger team that is making larger workflow changes while keeping our colleagues at the heart of everything we do. By providing data-driven insights to inform key initiatives and evolving the colleague experience by designing innovative new programs, this position will routinely interact with groups such as DDAT, Pharmacy Operations, Growth, Regulatory, Legal, Quality & Safety, Field Leadership, and Enterprise partners.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Tactical Project Execution
  • Collaborate on the creation of strategic roadmaps.
  • Execute on tactical steps within project plans with minimal support.
  • Partner across departments in the enterprise to support the execution of project plans.
  • Partner with DDAT to develop requirements, test & certify the solution, and launch it to chain.
  • Partner with Sr. Manager to communicate plans, risks, and opportunities from the working team up to executive leadership.
Field Support and Communication Strategy
  • Support the implementation team in writing field communications.
  • Manage help desk & field questions related to the project.
  • Support the creation of field & corporate-facing materials such as colleague training and Sr. Leader Field meetings.
Ad-Hoc Analytics
  • Support reporting and analysis for deep dive/follow-up questions related to progression towards shared goals.
  • Translate data insights into meaningful insights and actions.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment.
  • 5+ years’ experience building high-performing teams.
  • 5+ years’ experience engaging and inspiring teams to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
  • 5+ years’ experience influencing without authority.
  • Self-directed requiring little support.
  • Knowledge of retail pharmacy operations.
  • Leverages a continual improvement mindset to create simplicity and improve the colleague and customer experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong time management skills, with experience managing multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines.
  • Strong personal integrity and judgment, with a track record of managing sensitive or highly visible business matters.
  • Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback.
  • Proven track record of high performance.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment.
  • 8+ years’ experience building high-performing teams.
  • 8+ years’ experience engaging and inspiring teams to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
  • 8+ years’ experience influencing without authority.
  • Experience in process innovation, including process and system diagnosis, business case development, solution definition, process mapping, and new system development.
  • Knowledge of change management techniques is a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
  • Master’s degree.
Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Anticipated Weekly Hours

40 hours per week.

Full-time.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $66,330 - $145,860 annually, depending on experience, education, and location. This role is eligible for bonuses, commissions, or incentives.
