The Pharmacy Workflow Innovation team is a dynamic team within Retail Store Operations aimed to support the business and our retail colleagues while upholding and reinforcing regulatory and compliance standards. This position involves identifying and designing opportunities to address business challenges. This colleague designs solutions for business problems and works as part of a larger team that is making larger workflow changes while keeping our colleagues at the heart of everything we do. By providing data-driven insights to inform key initiatives and evolving the colleague experience by designing innovative new programs, this position will routinely interact with groups such as DDAT, Pharmacy Operations, Growth, Regulatory, Legal, Quality & Safety, Field Leadership, and Enterprise partners.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
40 hours per week.
Full-time.
The typical pay range for this role is $66,330 - $145,860 annually, depending on experience, education, and location. This role is eligible for bonuses, commissions, or incentives.
