Position Summary:
The Manager of Pickup Innovations and Execution drives forward the strategic innovation of cutting-edge point of sale solutions for pharmacy pick up processes. This role will oversee the current execution of an enhanced and seamless patient experience while managing the POS platform for enterprise offerings and services.
This role focuses on overseeing the intake, prioritization, and implementation of pickup functionality with key stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure compliance, regulatory, and growth opportunities are being integrated during the pickup process. As a Manager, you will be a part of a team responsible for driving the patient and customer experience through innovating workflows, patient prompting/notifications, and the overall design/functionality of the point-of-sale system. You will also assist with overseeing peripheral processes that Reconstitution execution, Flavoring, and Drive Thru/Fill Master maintenance with our outside vendors.
** The role requires on-site presence in Woonsocket, RI 2-3 days weekly.**

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
