Our client is a dynamic 250+ bed regional hospital that offers advanced medical technology and light-filled private rooms with views. The campus provides a 24-hour emergency room, including special pediatric emergency care provided by doctors board certified in both pediatrics and emergency medicine. General medical and surgical services are offered, as well as key specialty care.

Manages and provides operational and nursing leadership ensuring the quality of nursing care within preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative areas at their Campus which is a state of the art hospital in San Francisco! Plans and organizes operations and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care consistent with applicable laws, standards and regulations. Provides patient care and acts as a resource person to the staff and assures patient care needs are met in the department.

EDUCATION
  • Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
  • RN-Registered Nurse of California.
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
  • Multiple years progressive clinical/healthcare management and/or operations experience with increasing responsibilities.
  • Multiple years experience in relevant professional discipline with a solid understanding of operations.
  • Multiple years management, supervisory or team lead experience.
