Nemours is seeking a Manager, Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, Solid Organ Transplant to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, DE.
The Manager, Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in the Department of Surgery, Division of Solid Organ Transplant, provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for a team of Advanced Practice Providers and/or Specialty Registered Nurses within the specialized area of solid organ transplant care. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership skills including the ability to prepare, support, and guide a team through organizational change. Strong written communication and spoken interpersonal skills required. Previous experiences with change management and programmatic growth strongly preferred.
This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient- and family-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings and supports the transplant program's mission by maintaining compliance with CMS and OPTN/UNOS requirements, ensuring regulatory readiness, overseeing program operations and workforce management, promoting patient safety, and advancing quality and performance outcomes.
