Goals
  • Support study teams in planning for and achieving enrollment by developing patient recruitment and site engagement strategies using strategic partnerships, healthcare data, and technologies.
Accountabilities
  • Lead study-specific recruitment programs post-strategy development, working with clinical study teams, vendors, and CROs.
  • Conduct operational planning and research to evaluate the competitive landscape, enrollment modeling, disease prevalence, and site identification.
  • Review and provide feedback on materials during development.
  • Identify and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with Takeda SOPs and trainings.
  • Collaborate with internal groups such as External Partners, Procurement, Legal, QA&C, and Patient Advocacy.
  • Develop content like presentations, articles, and newsletters.
  • Support team programs and special projects, including administrative tasks.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in patient engagement and recruitment within pharma, CRO, or related organizations; or 4+ years in the pharma industry.
  • Experience with rare diseases or difficult-to-recruit populations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical research.
