GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Manages and coordinates the daily operations of the respective areas to ensure successful completion of all organizational objectives.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Performs all steps necessary related to hiring, evaluating, coaching, promoting, disciplining, and discharging employees by following established HR policies. (20%)
  2. Manages staff and functions of respective areas and monitors staff productivity. (20%)
  3. Oversees training, development, and continuing education for all staff. (20%)
  4. Acts as a resource/liaison to other hospital departments to resolve issues related to patient access services. (20%)
  5. Ensures compliance with Federal and State regulations and JC standards. (20%)
  6. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years’ related experience and/or training, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years’ experience in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of software

Preferred

  • Prior supervisory experience
