Job summary

Oak View Group in Atlanta is seeking a Manager, Parking & Mobility to lead day-to-day, event, and monthly parking and mobility operations at Centennial Yards in the Downtown Atlanta area.

This role offers responsibility for developing efficient procedures, leading a team of parking staff, ensuring PARCS systems are operational, and exploring new parking products and revenue streams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in parking/transportation management; event management preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or a Related Field.
• Knowledge of parking revenue management systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and high-quality service by developing and implementing efficient procedures with emphasis on continual improvement.
• Hire, develop, train, and support a team of part-time parking supervisors, parking ambassadors, and maintenance porters.
• Ensure all parking systems are operational.
• Perform minor maintenance of all PARCS systems (ticket jams in pay stations, repair barrier gates).
• Train designated staff on remote management of PARCS Systems.
• Inspect all parking systems/devices to ensure they are operational.
• Assist Director with creating new parking products and additional revenue streams and reducing costs of the parking and mobility operation.
• Assist Director with working towards sustainability goals, including revenue, the PARCS system, and operational audits.
• Assist with strategic planning, traffic management planning, and budgeting.
• Assist in monthly reporting efforts to the client.
• Review/analyze guest surveys and other performance measures to maximize operational performance.
• Manage rideshare operation, coordination, and relationships with partners.
• Work with transportation technology GPS wayfinding partners (Google, Waze, Apple Maps).

Position Summary

This role pays an annual salary of $90,000 - $100,000.
