Job description

Products and Applied Research (PAR) organization is focused on building AI-powered experiences for people, bringing leading models built at Meta to consumers.

The Manager of PAR Operations will be a key operator within the PAR pillar of the Meta Superintelligence Labs (MSL) org, responsible for creating structure, rhythm, and alignment across multiple organizations inside and outside of MSL across Meta. This role is designed for a strategic, execution-oriented operator who can establish structure and clarity in a fast-moving environment — transforming a fast-moving, ambiguous AI org into one that operates with focus, accountability, and scale.

You will partner directly with leaders to codify operating systems, enable decision velocity, and ensure the right information flows across teams and levels.

The right candidate combines analytical rigor, organizational awareness, and systems-level thinking to help leadership teams operate more effectively. You'll define and drive the org's operating model: how goals are set, decisions are made, and execution is tracked. You'll also lead cross-org coordination efforts and manage special programs that advance the org's strategic priorities.

  • 8+ years of experience with program management, project management, strategy, management consulting, or operations
  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, director level and above as a program manager or Chief of Staff
  • 3+ years of experience working embedded within engineering teams translating technical reviews to program management of product strategy or equivalent experience
  • Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with business acumen
  • Effective prose and clear presentations skills with a high level of craft
  • Experience problem-solving individually and in a group setting
  • Proven track-record of organizing, developing, and executing strategy projects that deliver results
  • Experience operating autonomously and in a highly organized fashion to track top organization priorities, identify efficiencies and drive alignment across teams
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional leadership to turn insights into actions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience navigating business structures while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Infrastructure experience in an engineering, financial, project management, or operational capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • BA/BS degree in business, finance, engineering, or relevant field (or equivalent practical experience), or an MBA
