We leverage and contribute to the latest research to deliver a powerful, straightforward solution for optimal health to our customers. We harness the finest ingredients so that every scoop of AG1 gives you the nutrients you need with the simplicity you want in a daily routine.

Likewise, our organization puts the same energy into creating an environment that is a reflection of the cultural values that define who we are and how we work together. These seven values— One Spectacular Life, Customer Centric, Radical Ownership, High Performance, Courage, Good Humans and Continuous Improvement—are a representation of the high standards we set, and hold ourselves accountable to, when it comes to building our global team.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a results-driven and performance-obsessed Senior Manager, Paid Social to join our Performance Marketing team at AG1. This role is designed for someone with deep hands-on experience in paid media buying, optimization, and strategic testing—specifically across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.

This role is critical to our mission of optimizing our paid social acquisition engine to scale our DTC e-commerce subscription line of business efficiently and sustainably. You’ll be at the forefront of acquiring new customers through rigorous CAC and volume goals, developing full-funnel media strategies, testing new creative and landing pages, and using data to inform every decision.

Reporting to the Director, Performance Media, the ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on ownership, accountability, and performance—equally comfortable diving into platforms, collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, Engineering and CRO teams, and distilling insights into actionable next steps for leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms, overseeing a seven-figure monthly media investment to drive scalable growth.
  • Own end-to-end channel performance, maintaining strict accountability for customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency and new customer volume targets, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Define and implement a data-driven A/B testing roadmap across creative, audience segmentation, placements, and landing page experiences to unlock incremental performance gains and drive innovation.
  • Contribute to monthly business planning and forecasting processes, providing channel-level insights and recommendations to inform aggressive yet achievable CAC and acquisition targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative leadership to shape and evolve paid media creative strategy, delivering high-impact concepts through structured feedback loops and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with the CRO team to strategize, implement, and optimize landing page experiments, leveraging in-house tools as needed to accelerate builds, deployment and enhance conversion performance.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive media plans and forecasts that support key marketing initiatives, seasonal moments, and promotional campaigns, aligning with revenue and growth objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Analytics to ensure flawless execution and integrity of pixel implementation, event tracking, and attribution frameworks across digital platforms.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights through recurring and ad hoc performance updates, synthesizing quantitative results with strategic analysis to inform business decisions and growth strategy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with platform partners and stay ahead of industry developments, leveraging early access opportunities and competitive intelligence to drive first-mover advantage.
  • Ensure operational excellence within media platforms by overseeing campaign architecture, taxonomy, and compliance with best-in-class tracking and tagging protocols to enable clarity, scale, and performance visibility.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 5+ years of experience in-house or at a top-tier agency managing performance media campaigns above the 7 figure budget range per month while held to strict customer acquisition and CAC targets in the DTC e-commerce space (ideally for a subscription business)
  • Hands-on-keys experience within Meta and TikTok ad platforms responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, management, optimizing and reporting of campaigns
  • Experience building out, updating and owning comprehensive annual testing roadmaps and a learning agenda for paid social channels
  • Comprehensive understanding of creative from a direct response performance lens and ability to bridge the gap between media and creative teams to guide creative strategy for owned channels
  • Familiarity with various attribution methodologies and experience planning and running conversion lift studies via direct with paid social vendor partners or third party measurement partner i.e. Haus, Measured to understand incrementally
  • Process-oriented mindset to support identifying team needs and contributing to the development of efficiency workflows cross functionally
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple work streams concurrently
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to collaborate across teams and articulate ideas effectively
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude always looking to improve performance
  • A proactive approach to work bringing new ideas to the table rather being reactive and waiting to be told what to do
  • Demonstrated interest in the broader cultural landscape across social media, spanning health and wellness, sport, social trends, etc
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
  • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentive plans.
  • A 100% remote working environment (excluding Laboratory positions), which has been implemented from day one.
  • A strong company culture that is enforced through the hiring process to ensure values alignment and a highly collaborative team.
  • A mission-driven approach to everything that we do, with an overall goal to significantly improve our customers’ health and wellness.
  • A high-growth, dynamic environment with opportunities for your direct impact to be felt.
  • Paid holidays, company-wide mental health days, and unlimited PTO (based on your country of residence).
  • In-person team meetups for optimal collaboration, team building and accelerating productivity.
  • A work environment and culture that is based on high performance, productivity and continuous improvement.
  • The opportunity to work with passionate, high-growth, business-minded colleagues who bring their all to our mission each and every day.
  • Access to AG1 products and branded swag.
  • Monthly telecom stipend to offset some of the costs of home internet/wifi for eligible team members.
