Brainlabs is seeking an experienced Manager, Paid Social to lead high-performing campaigns for global brands and to shape our delivery approach. You will define objectives, drive optimization, and collaborate with clients to set ambitious targets, all while contributing to playbooks and automation efforts.
You will mentor colleagues, share performance insights, and help raise the bar for the Paid Social team, in a company that values experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

Reporting to: Director, Paid Social
Compensation: We hire across US locations and experience levels. Posted ranges reflect that; final pay is set once we confirm your background and location.
Work Authorization: You must be legally authorized to work in the US. We cannot sponsor or continue visas for this role.
As Manager, Paid Social, you'll deliver best-in-class work for clients and raise the bar for the team around you. You'll help shape the campaign delivery plan, from setting objectives to optimizing performance. You'll pitch new ideas to clients using our test-and-learn approach, then share what works by improving our guidelines, playbooks, and processes, including where we can automate.
$70,000-$105,000 USD
A note on our offices: We pride ourselves in being a company with an office-centric culture and, for the majority of roles we expect people to be in commuting distance of the office and come in for around 3 days per week.
