As the Manager of Outpatient Clinical Practices will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of quality improvement initiatives within clinician offices across a designated region.

It is preferred that the candidate lives in Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas, Oregon, Idaho, or Iowa. Candidates located in Colorado or Iowa may be required to be in the office 2 days/week.
Approximate salary for Colorado: $115,000 – $135,000
Essential Functions

  • You will manage a team of Quality Improvement Advisors (QIAs) to ensure the delivery of effective technical assistance (TA), achievement of project goals, and compliance with deliverables
  • You will act as the primary point of accountability for the performance of their assigned setting and will work collaboratively with state and regional leadership teams to standardize processes, identify opportunities for improvement, address challenges, and ensure the alignment of interventions with organizational and project-wide goals
  • You will be responsible for partner engagement strategy across the region, including management of relationships with state, regional and national partners




Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public administration, public policy, public health, or a related field, required.
  • Licensed RN, LPN, or MSW, PHARMD, preferred AND CPHQ/quality improvement experience, required.
  • 5+ years of experience managing quality improvement initiatives in the outpatient clinician office healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise, coach, and support a geographically distributed team.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, such as the Model for Improvement, PDSA cycles, and RCA.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, CMS quality measures, and accreditation standards for clinician offices.




Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Master’s degree in public health, quality improvement science, health informatics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in supervising and mentoring multidisciplinary teams, including QIAs or equivalent roles.
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines, meet deadlines, and produce detailed written reports.
  • Experience in translating complex data into actionable insights and meaningful narratives for multidisciplinary teams, including clinical and non-clinical audiences.
