The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote as a Sales Development Manager, supporting our AMER-based Outbound Business Development Representatives within our Sales team.

Requirements
  • Experience leading Sales Development Representatives at a fast-growing tech company
  • Proven success in driving pipeline through outbound channels
  • Strong sales acumen — experience in a closing role is preferred
  • Familiarity with tech stack tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, etc.)
  • Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring top talent
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, especially sales and marketing
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Remote work experience is a plus but not required
Key Responsibilities
  • Coach Business Development Reps to meet outbound pipeline goals
  • Develop team members’ sales skills
  • Improve processes and content to boost SDR effectiveness
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve pipeline quality and quantity
  • Provide feedback on marketing campaigns and MQL quality
  • Report on individual and team metrics for continuous improvement
  • Hire and onboard new Business Development Reps
  • Reporting to: Director, Global Sales Development
  • Location: AMER
  • Start date: As soon as possible
Remote Compensation Philosophy

Our Total Rewards approach ensures fair, unbiased pay and benefits globally. We pay above local rates to support global talent and local wealth generation. Salary bands are wide and based on role, level, location, skills, and experience. The actual salary depends on various factors and may change over time.

  • Interview process includes: 45-minute interview with the Global Director, 30-minute peer manager interview, and a final 45-minute interview with the Director.
