Shriners Children’s is seeking a Manager of Orthotics & Prosthetics to lead the O&P team, ensure high-quality devices, and coordinate with fabrication centers and physicians in the Twin Cities region. The role requires ABC certification and completion of NCOPE residencies in O&P.
The manager will oversee staff and collaborate with departments to maintain accreditation, patient confidentiality, and service excellence.

Shriners Children’s Twin Cities has an opportunity for a Manager, Orthotics & Prosthetics to join our team in Woodbury, MN, The Manager of Orthotics & Prosthetics is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the day-to-day activities of assigned staff; assuring provisions of quality orthotic/prosthetic devices are in accordance with Physician’s prescription, and to act as a resource to staff, patients, families and the general public regarding assigned areas of responsibility. Must be certified in both orthotics AND prosthetics.
The pay range for this position is $118,472.64 - $177,731.84. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
