Columbia Memorial Hospital is seeking an Orthopedic Manager to lead and supervise the hospital-owned Orthopedic clinic. The role develops clinical programming to ensure high‑quality, continuous care for patients and families, while coordinating day-to-day operations and staff.
Responsibilities include administrative oversight of clinical and administrative staff and annual budget planning to support clinic goals and service delivery.
The CMH Orthopedic Manager provides leadership, supervises, and coordinates activities of hospital-owned Orthopedic clinic. This position plans for and develops clinical programming in clinics, assuring optimal quality care and continuity for patients and families. Responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day business and/or clinical operations. Responsible for administrative oversight and supervision of all clinical and administrative staff to enhance the quality of care to clinics’ customers. Plans for and oversees annual budgets.

If the manager is working in a clinical capacity, the following is required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education preferred. Previous clinic office management experience is required. Orthopedic experience preferred.
Works inside. Walking and standing much of the time while on duty. Long shifts are necessary at times. Subject to occasional physical and emotional stress within a fast-paced environment. Tolerates bending, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling for 8 – 12 hours (shift dependent).
