Job Title: Manager, Oracle HCM - Payroll at KPMG US

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in Oracle Cloud HCM / Payroll projects, including strategy, implementation support, and optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity.
  • Review and map Oracle Cloud Payroll business processes.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
  • Advise clients on system services within Oracle Cloud, reviewing business processes.
  • Identify findings and communicate them to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
  • At least five years of experience as a Functional Lead / Architect with Oracle Cloud and EBS Payroll.
  • Participation in a minimum of three full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Payroll as a Lead/Architect, with expertise in functional design, formulas, costing, HDL, configuration, and process alignment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience with project planning, requirements gathering, design, and deployment lifecycle. Functional Payroll Certification (FPC), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll processes and best practices.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available for this role.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary ranges vary by location, with California salaries ranging from $135,000 to $218,000.
