Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation in Memphis, TN seeks a Lead Consultant to own Oracle Cloud HCM modules and partner with HR leaders to align system capabilities with business needs.

You will lead module strategy, roadmap, and change management, mentor junior consultants, and drive cross-functional projects while delivering Level 2+ functional support and ensuring testing aligns with business requirements.

Job Summary

The Lead Consultant serves as the strategic owner for assigned Oracle Cloud HCM module(s), partnering with business leaders to align system capabilities with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own module strategy, roadmap, and change management.
• Partner with HR leaders to translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Lead quarterly update adoption and regression testing strategy.
• Mentor junior consultants and set functional best practices.
• Drive module-related cross-functional projects, cyclical process, and enhancements.
• Provide Level 2+ functional support and escalations for assigned module(s).
• Provide input into reporting and analytic needs based on HCM data and processes.
• Engage in Oracle and industry communities and leverage available training, documentation, and forums to share ideas and increase working knowledge. Influence Oracle roadmap by submitting and voting on ideas.
• Other duties as assigned
• Subject matter expert in assigned module(s).

Experience

Minimum Required

• 5+ years in HCM systems leadership, with deep Oracle Cloud HCM experience in assigned module(s) or 3+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience in assigned module(s).

Preferred/Desired

• 3+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience in assigned module(s) preferred.

Education

Minimum Required

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource, business, computer science, or healthcare or equivalent experience.
