Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year+ of retail food experience.
• Any food experience is acceptable; pizza experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of restaurant business processes and functions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills required.
• Basic computers skills required.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Full-time availability (days, nights and weekends) 40-50/hr per week.

Jet’s Pizza is Bloomfield Hills is now hiring a Assistant Manager or Shift Leader with immediate start date. If you are a strong leader and enjoy leading a crew to satisfy customer needs in a fast-paced restaurant environment we want you to help lead our restaurant team!

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees.

The owner is looking for the right person to empower to make sound decisions and run all aspects of the business. Compensation will be based on experience and the store operating efficiently.
