As a manager, you will work with industry-leading clients across your sectors to reduce risks, improve business continuity, and enhance asset productivity. Your work will help save lives, drive performance, and improve the working lives of your clients' employees.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify root causes of safety and productivity challenges, analyze metrics, and develop solutions.
2. Working directly with clients to identify pain points and develop effective solutions tailored to their needs.
3. Leading the delivery of solutions related to safety culture, behavioral safety, PSM, or operational excellence.
4. Developing work plans for yourself and your team, mobilizing resources to ensure effective delivery.
5. Building team capabilities to deliver greater value to clients.
6. Managing project delivery and cultivating strong client relationships.

Location and travel: You can be based in France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, or the UK, with availability to travel up to 80% across Western Europe.

Job Requirements

Who are you today?

We celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive culture where everyone can develop their talents. Ideally, you hold a degree or master's in engineering or a related business field, with experience in management consulting, operational risk management, operational excellence, safety, or culture change.

You can manage diverse, remote teams and complex projects, especially in heavy industries such as manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Chemicals, Transport, or Food & Beverage. You should have deep expertise in safety or operational excellence, excellent communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in Dutch, French, German, Greek, Italian, or Spanish. Proficiency in a third European language is highly desirable.
