Fanatics is seeking an Operations Manager, Signage & Partner Experience, to own signage programs, meeting room operations, and partner deliverables across Fanatics Fest, WWE World, and other flagship events.
You will collaborate with Fulfillment, Marketing, and Exhibitor Customer Success to ensure on-site success and timely execution. Travel for load-in, show days, and load-out is required.

The Operations Manager, Signage & Partner Experience owns the signage program and meeting room operations across Fanatics Fest, WWE World, and other flagship Fanatics Events productions, and serves as the key operational partner to the Fulfillment and Exhibitor Customer Success teams. This person ensures sponsor and partner deliverables are executed accurately and on time, and that exhibitors and internal teams have what they need to succeed onsite.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail obsessed, and energized by juggling multiple workstreams at once. This role requires travel and onsite presence for load-in, show days, and load-out, including nights and weekends as needed.
The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
