About The Role

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the strategic and daily operations of your office, including coaching staff, managing resources, supporting clients, and handling financial metrics. You will foster a culture of excellence and accountability in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop office staff and service partners to meet performance standards and deliver a superior client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through onboarding, support, and proactive communication.
  • Manage revenue retention and office profitability by overseeing service delivery, staffing, and expenses.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and support centers to respond to client needs effectively.
  • Maintain standards for service partners and ensure resource coverage.
  • Oversee office logistics including supplies, scheduling, and equipment.
  • Assign resources, confirm coverage, and resolve issues as needed.
  • Promote Esquire’s values in leadership.
What You’ll Need
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
