Nutrien Ag Solutions is the retail division of Nutrien, providing full‑acre solutions through our network of trusted crop consultants at more than 2,000 locations in North America, South America, and Australia.

What You'll Do:

• Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory)
• Direct and manage custom application work
• Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance
• Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution
• Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross‑functional mindset
• Provide customer service for internal and external customers
• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing company standards and following up on regular safety inspections

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in production agricultural or retail crop input industry
• CDL license required
• Knowledge of farm equipment technology preferred
• Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states
