Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Pennsylvania seeks an Operations Manager to lead vaccine manufacturing teams in a 24/7 GMP environment, focusing on quality, safety, and efficiency.

You will oversee daily manufacturing operations, coordinate with Quality, Technical Services, and Planning, and drive continuous improvement while managing union reports and meeting production targets. On-site role with night shifts and limited travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 4+ years in manufacturing or 2+ years GMP-biotech leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record in high-quality product manufacturing, team leadership, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, SAP, MES, and DeltaV is a plus.
