Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Neenah, Wisconsin manufacturing site with a safety-first culture and end-to-end operational accountability. You will translate strategy into disciplined execution, drive KPI performance, and develop site leadership to sustain high performance.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, strong safety and quality knowledge, and experience with Lean/Six Sigma to improve productivity and cost.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and improving site performance.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality systems, and manufacturing operations.
• Lean / Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma experience.
• Experience managing P&L or full site financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance Champion a zero-injury, safety-first culture across the site. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and MPC standards. Lead incident investigations and corrective action efforts.
• Operational Excellence Own site performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics. Translate divisional strategies into clear site priorities and execution plans. Drive operational discipline through KPIs and daily management systems.
• Leadership & Talent Development Develop and coach site leadership to deliver consistent results. Build engagement, accountability, and trust across the organization. Establish succession plans for key roles.
• Business & Financial Management Manage site financial performance including productivity and cost control. Support capital planning, execution, and ROI.
• Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving Promote a continuous improvement mindset using structured methods. Ensure improvements are standardized and sustained.
• Quality & Customer Focus Ensure products meet or exceed customer and quality standards Respond effectively to quality issues and corrective actions.
• Collaboration & Communication Partner effectively across functions. Communicate clearly with employees and leadership.

• Required High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of significant progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and improving site performance.
• Strong working knowledge of safety, quality systems, and manufacturing operations.
• Preferred Experience leading complex, multi-shift manufacturing environments. Lean / Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma experience.
• Experience managing P&L or full site financial accountab
