Job summary

Bloomerang is seeking a Manager of Onboarding in the United States to lead a team of onboarding professionals and guide clients through a successful getting-started journey. You will oversee performance, workload, and service quality while coaching members to deliver consistently high-quality experiences.

You will monitor capacity, track project progress, identify risks, and balance resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve onboarding programs and drive customer outcomes.

Role Overview:

• As Manager of Onboarding, you will lead a team of onboarding professionals, guiding clients through a successful getting-started journey.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop your team, setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback and support.
• Monitor team capacity and project progress, identifying risks and ensuring resources are balanced.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and evolve onboarding programs.
• The salary range for this position is $81,500 - $110,000, with potential for a discretionary bonus.
• You'll receive generous health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a competitive PTO package including 20 PTO days, 3 flex days, 4 optional volunteer days, and 12 paid holidays, as well as paid parental leave and a 401k match.
