Job summary

Comply is seeking a Manager, Onboarding to lead Enterprise Onboarding Managers and deliver a best-in-class implementation experience for our most complex clients. You’ll own the onboarding portfolio, coach a team, define scope and timelines, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs.

This role emphasizes capacity management, quality, and timely delivery across high-value accounts.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of customer onboarding or implementation in B2B SaaS.
  • 2-3 years in people management or a formal team-lead role.
  • Experience drafting and managing Statements of Work, including scope, deliverables, sign-off.
  • Proven ability to manage complex multi-workstream implementations and influence outcomes.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite and compliance leadership.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across video, phone, and written channels.
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization, with the ability to manage team capacity and competing priorities.
  • Solid understanding of data configuration, templates, and upload specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, aligning onboarding outcomes to business objectives.
  • Draft and review Statements of Work for complex engagements.
  • Define scope, timelines, and success criteria; coordinate with Sales and Customer Success for seamless handoffs.
  • Identify risks early, lead escalations, and drive resolution across teams and clients.
  • Monitor onboarding KPIs (time-to-value, on-time completion, capacity, CSAT) using GuideCX.
  • Drive continuous improvement of onboarding processes, tools, and templates at scale.
  • Ensure high-quality transitions to Customer Success through structured handoffs and success planning.

About the role :

Comply is looking for a Manager,Onboardingto lead our Enterprise Onboarding Managers and delivera best-in-class implementation experience for our most complex, high-value clients.You’lllead and grow ateam ofteamofEnterprise Onboarding Managers who own complex, high-impact implementations of the Comply platform.You’llcoach and develop the team,setthe standards and playbooks they run on, and step in as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders when it counts.You’llown the health of the whole onboarding portfoliofocusing oncapacity, quality, timelines, and escalationsand partner across Sales and Customer Success to make every handoff seamless.

What you'll do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise OnboardingManagers, driving accountability andensuringa high standard of client delivery.
  • Own the onboarding portfolio for high-value, complex accountsbyensuring concurrent implementations run with consistency, quality, and minimal escalation.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, aligning onboarding outcomes to their businessobjectives.
  • Draft and review Statements of Work for complex or non-standard engagements
  • Define scope, timelines, and success criteria, and partner with Sales and Customer Success before kickoff for seamless handoffs.
  • Identifyrisks early, lead escalations, and drive resolution across internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on onboarding KPIs(ex.time-to-value, on-time completion, team capacity, and CSAT)usingGuideCX, andturn insights into resourcing and process decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of onboarding processes, tools, and templates, including how the team leveragesGuideCXat scale.
  • Ensure high-quality transitions to Customer Success through structured handoffs and success planning.
What success looks like in your first 90 days
  • You’vebuilt rapport with your team and taken ownership of the active onboarding portfolio and its KPIs.
  • You have a clear view of team capacity, risks, and escalations, and are running a steady operating cadence.
  • You’veidentifiedand started at least one process, tooling, or template improvement that raises quality or speed.
What you'll bring
Must-have
  • 5+ years of customer onboarding or implementation experience in B2B SaaS, including 2-3 years in people management or a formal team-lead role.

The all-in total compensation for this role is $126,500 and $143,000 , and is specific to the United States. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be $115,000 - $130,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience.
