Job summary

Comply is seeking a Manager, Onboarding to lead Enterprise Onboarding Managers and deliver best-in-class implementations for our most complex, high-value clients. You will coach and grow the team, set standards and playbooks, and act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring portfolio health across capacity, quality, timelines, and escalations.

You’ll partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs, drive KPI performance, and continuously improve

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of customer onboarding or implementation in B2B SaaS.
  • 2-3 years in people management or a formal team-lead role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream implementations and influence outcomes.
  • Experience drafting and managing Statements of Work including scope definition, deliverable alignment, and cross-functional sign-off.
  • Track record of building trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite and compliance leadership.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across video, phone, and written channels.
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization, with the ability to manage team capacity and competing priorities.
  • Solid understanding of data configuration, templates, and upload specifications.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, aligning onboarding outcomes to business objectives.
  • Define scope, timelines, and success criteria, and coordinate with Sales and Customer Success for seamless handoffs.
  • Draft and review Statements of Work for complex engagements.
  • Identify risks early, lead escalations, and drive resolutions across teams and clients.
  • Monitor onboarding KPIs and translate insights into resource decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of onboarding processes, tools, and templates.

About the role

Comply is looking for a Manager,Onboarding to lead our Enterprise Onboarding Managers and deliver a best-in-class implementation experience for our most complex, high-value clients. You’ll lead and grow a team of Enterprise Onboarding Managers who own complex, high-impact implementations of the Comply platform. You’ll coach and develop the team, set the standards and playbooks they run on, and step in as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders when it counts. You’ll own the health of the whole onboarding portfolio focusing on capacity, quality, timelines, and escalations and partner across Sales and Customer Success to make every handoff seamless.

What you'll do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise OnboardingManagers, driving accountability andensuringa high standard of client delivery.
  • Own the onboarding portfolio for high-value, complex accountsbyensuring concurrent implementations run with consistency, quality, and minimal escalation.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, aligning onboarding outcomes to their businessobjectives.
  • Draft and review Statements of Work for complex or non-standard engagements
  • Define scope, timelines, and success criteria, and partner with Sales and Customer Success before kickoff for seamless handoffs.
  • Identifyrisks early, lead escalations, and drive resolution across internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on onboarding KPIs(ex.time-to-value, on-time completion, team capacity, and CSAT)usingGuideCX, andturn insights into resourcing and process decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of onboarding processes, tools, and templates, including how the team leveragesGuideCXat scale.
  • Ensure high-quality transitions to Customer Success through structured handoffs and success planning.
What success looks like in your first 90 days
  • You’vebuilt rapport with your team and taken ownership of the active onboarding portfolio and its KPIs.
  • You have a clear view of team capacity, risks, and escalations, and are running a steady operating cadence.
  • You’veidentifiedand started at least one process, tooling, or template improvement that raises quality or speed.

Must-have

The all-in total compensation for this role is $126,500 and $143,000 , and is specific to the United States. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be $115,000 - $130,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience.
