General Responsibilities

• Organize assigned store operations and delegate responsibilities to staff
• Proactively manage the assigned store to meet and report performance metrics
• Effectively build strong relationships, lead and develop a team
• Responsible for team building, scheduling, performance management, retention, and staff development
• Maintain operations by initiating and coordinating policies and procedures
• Cultivate and maintain a healthy culture

Compensation

$23-$25/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant business experience, preferably in management
