Job summary

Primary Care Partners is seeking a Manager for Western Colorado Physicians Group to coordinate and supervise HR, finances, patient issues, billing, collections, scheduling, and facility operations.

The role requires strong leadership and medical office management experience, with proficiency in Microsoft applications. You will oversee provider schedules, front and back office workflows, and monthly financial reporting while ensuring high-quality patient service.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in medical office management preferred.
• One year of management experience required.
• College with emphasis on business preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and address human resource matters including recruitment and evaluations.
• Coordinate provider schedules and front/back office scheduling on a monthly basis.
• Oversee patient billing and collections, and resolve billing questions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
• Ensure compliance and develop internal policies and procedures.

Dental, vision, critical illness and injury coverage, long term care, pet insurance etc.Base pay $63,980-70,220Benefits $7-8Manager of Western Colorado Physicians GroupJob Summary:Coordination and supervision of human resources, finances, patient issues, billing, collection, physician scheduling, computer and physical plant issues for the practice.Duties/Responsibilities:Human ResourcesCoordinate and address human resource mattersRecruitment, disciplinary action, termination, payroll, schedules, employee problem resolution, evaluations, and training.Coordinate all annual evaluations of hourly employees and PA’sSchedulingCoordinate and oversee all provider schedules in addition to Call schedules.Inform physicians and midlevel providers of scheduling issues and changesCoordinate and produce Front Office and Back Office schedules on a monthly basis, including any changes that may occur on a daily basis.Patient IssuesHandle patient and family questions on billing, collections, office operation and new patient application approvals; convey any clinical questions to the back office employees or physicians.When necessary address upset patient issues in a calm and effective manner to prevent escalation.MiscellaneousCoordinate with the PCP Internal Accountant and Accounts Payable Manager on the practice's financial reports, budget and accounts payable; consult with and report to the physicians.Coordinate resolution of computer problems with the appropriate personnelCoordinate resolution of all physical plant problemsSagebrush: Complete Sagebrush business activities, banking reconciliation on a monthly basis including end of year report of transactions with Accountant.
