The Manager of Training and Development is responsible for building and leading the organization's learning and development strategy. This role drives employee growth and business performance through a blended learning approach that combines instructor‑led training, learning management system (LMS) resources, on‑the‑job application, and collaboration with business leaders and subject matter experts.
Partnering closely with leaders across the organization, the Manager assesses development needs, designs and facilitates engaging training programs, and creates learning pathways that support employee success from onboarding through leadership development. This position oversees the LMS, manages learning content and resources, and measures program effectiveness to ensure learning initiatives deliver meaningful business results.
This role is full‑time, on‑site in our Seattle office.
