Novonesis is seeking a Manager of Technical Service, Ruminant Animal Health to lead the North American Ruminant Technical Service team and deliver scientific expertise across probiotic, enzyme, feed additive, and silage solutions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and R&D to drive growth and customer value.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD/DVM or equivalent, 8+ years in animal nutrition/health, and 5+ years in leadership.

• Minimum 5 years of direct leadership experience, including coaching and developing technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.

• Represent Novonesis at industry conferences and customer events.

, you will lead the North American Ruminant Technical Service team and ensure the successful delivery of technical expertise across our probiotic, enzyme, feed additive, and silage solutions portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders while translating science into measurable customer value.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Service Specialists and subject matter experts.

Develop and execute the North American technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.

Partner with Sales, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management, and Innovation teams to accelerate growth and customer success.

Provide executive-level technical support for strategic customer opportunities and complex technical challenges.

Engage directly with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants, and industry influencers across North America.

Support product launches, technical positioning, customer education, and scientific communications.

Oversee technical trials, field validation programs, and research collaborations.

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs.

Represent Novonesis at industry conferences, customer events, and professional associations.

PhD, DVM, or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in animal nutrition, animal health, technical services, research, consulting, or related industries.

Minimum 5 years of direct leadership experience, including coaching and developing technical professionals.

Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.

Demonstrated success partnering with commercial organizations to deliver customer value.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Up to 50% domestic travel with occasional international travel, including customer visits, industry conferences, technical meetings, and field engagements.

USD $140,000 – $190,000 + 15% target bonus
