Novonesis seeks a dynamic Manager of Technical Service, Ruminant Animal Health to lead the North American Ruminant Technical Service team. You will develop strategies, partner with Sales, Marketing, and R&D, and deliver expert technical support across probiotics, enzymes, feed additives, and silage solutions.

You will shape technical strategy, influence customers and influencers, and manage trials and collaborations to drive growth and measurable value while traveling up to 50% domestically.

Qualifications

• PhD, DVM, or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in animal nutrition, animal health, technical services, research, consulting, or related industries.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct leadership experience, including coaching and developing technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.
• Demonstrated success partnering with commercial organizations to deliver customer value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer focus and relationship building; scientific rigor and analytical thinking.
• Experience managing technical research programs and field trials; strong background in trial design, execution, and statistical analysis.
• Established industry network among nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants, and producers.
• Passion for advancing animal health, nutrition, and sustainability through science-based innovation.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Service Specialists and subject matter experts.
• Develop and execute the North American technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management, and Innovation teams to accelerate growth and customer success.
• Provide executive-level technical support for strategic customer opportunities and complex technical challenges.
• Engage directly with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants, and industry influencers across North America.
• Oversee technical trials, field validation programs, and research collaborations.
• Represent Novonesis at industry conferences, customer events, and professional associations.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs.

you will lead the North American Ruminant Technical Service team and ensure the successful delivery of technical expertise across our probiotic, enzyme, feed additive, and silage solutions portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders while translating science into measurable customer value.
