The Opportunity

The Manager of Senior Administrative Assistants' overall role is to communicate company needs, oversee Senior Administrative Assistants I & II performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between Senior Administrative Assistants and the organization.

What You'll Do
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Senior Business Services Manager and Facilities Managers.
  • Manage a team of senior administrative employees, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating work performance.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures; assess and monitor workload and manage senior administrative support systems.
  • Identify and resolve problems.
  • Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Set policies and procedures for training, coaching, and career development for staff.
  • Maintain rapport with leadership, managers, and employees.
  • Develop and lead Business Services initiatives.
  • Assist with the administrative budget and help control department expenses.
What We Expect from You
  • Two-year technical degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of high-level administrative experience.
  • Management experience required.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal/written communications, time management, analytical/interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, follow-through, and ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels in the organization in a team environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, strong decision maker, and self-motivated forward thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions for team, department, and company improvements.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and productively manage competing priorities while maintaining deadlines.
  • Exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations.
  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Additional Details

Target Base Compensation Range: $76,800 - $103,900. Factors influencing salary include skills, education, experience, location, and internal comparison.

This position will be posted for at least 3 days and up to 60 days until filled or canceled.
