AbleLight in Cornelius, OR is seeking a Manager of Residential Operations to lead the team delivering person-centered care in our residential settings. You will partner with clinical and operations leaders to ensure high-quality services.

You will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop staff, manage budgets and performance metrics, and uphold a supportive, compliant, and patient-centered work environment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of leadership experience.
• Two to three years of experience serving or helping others.

Requirements:

• Two to three years of previous experience in a work position, volunteer/community role, or educational setting that focuses on serving and helping others. Two to three years of previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
