Position Description

The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of the overall facility operations related to patient care, maintain a clean and professional work environment, assist with departmental organization, and work effectively with diverse patients and families, fostering collaboration within the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy.
• Minimum of two years supervisory or management experience in a related department.
• Experience in an acute care or rehabilitation hospital preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and certification.
• Current California license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
