Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manager of Rehabilitation Services will manage the occupational therapy, physical therapy, and cardiac rehabilitation staff as well as speech oversight. The Manager oversees clinical and daily operations for the department and collaborates with the Director of Rehabilitation Services to ensure the continued growth and development of Amberwell Health by meeting the rehabilitation needs of patients in a manner consistent with Amberwell Health mission and goals. This role involves policy development, monitoring quality indicators, and meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction goals. The Manager will also evaluate employee performance and all hiring practices related to maintaining quality personnel that meet the standards of performance and cultural priorities of the organization.

    • Minimum Required Experience: 2 years in direct patient care experience
    • Preferred: 2 years in management experience
  • Education:
    • Minimum Required Education: Associates Degree
    • Preferred Education: Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy or Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
  • Licenses:
    • Minimum Required Licenses: KSBHA license OTA or PTA
    • Preferred Licenses: KSBHA license OT or PT
