Jacobs is expanding its Energy & Power (E&P) team to support the rapidly growing power and infrastructure needs of data centers and private developers. As Manager of Projects (MOP), you will lead a portfolio of projects and serve as a key liaison with Advanced Facilities (AF), project managers, sales, Global Integrated Delivery, and regional delivery teams.
You will provide operational leadership for a portfolio of projects, guiding Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to meet client expectations for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and technical performance. You will provide oversight and direction to Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams delivering projects from concept development through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of new and modified high voltage transmission lines, substations, and distribution facilities.
As an MOP for Data Centers and Private Developers, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with energy planning, engineering, program management, and construction management services. We are seeking an experienced project-delivery leader who is motivated by collaboration, client service, and successful execution of complex energy infrastructure projects.
In this role, you will help shape and deliver the energy infrastructure required to support the rapid expansion of data centers and private development. You will work across Jacobs’ technical, project management, account, and global delivery teams to provide clients with practical, reliable, and commercially successful solutions.

The base salary range for this position is $182,300.00 to $239,325.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
