The Manager of Projects will be responsible for leading the Project Management function while providing technical engineering oversight for the execution of standard and custom water and wastewater treatment projects. This role requires a balance of engineering expertise, project leadership, customer engagement, and operational management. The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background and proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams through project execution from order release through customer acceptance. The position will report to the Director of Operations and is based in Grain Valley, Missouri.

This is an exempt position. Compensation is dependent on skill level. The base salary range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $130,000.00 per year. Benefits package and incentives are provided. We generally offer employees working 21 hours per work or more medical, dental, vision, along with voluntary ancillary benefits. The Company has a 401(k)-match program and has company‑paid life and AD&D insurance available for eligible employees.
