Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is looking for a Manager Program 1 to support the Speargun Production Program in the Active RF OU in Linthicum, MD. This program is responsible for the manufacturing and testing of high-volume space payloads.
The ideal candidate will possess strong execution skills and collaborative people skills with the proven ability to work within a technically dynamic, high-growth, and fast-paced operating unit.
The selected candidate will lead and manage the build and integration of Factory Test Equipment efforts with XDREX, Panel, ESA, Payload, and Processor. This position reports to the AI&T PM for the program and will be responsible for:

Salary Range: $124,000.00 - $186,000.00
The salary range is a guideline; actual offers depend on various factors including experience, education, and skills. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, and long-term incentives.
