Manager of Professional Services (Player/Coach) – Netskope, Zscaler, and Forcepoint
Location: Remote
Job Type and Duration: Perm
Pay range: 100,000 to 120,000

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of Professional Services to lead and deliver security solutions utilizing Netskope, Zscaler, and Forcepoint technologies. This player/coach role requires a dynamic individual who can balance hands-on technical delivery with leadership responsibilities, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Development:
   • Lead and mentor a team of Professional Services Engineers.
   • Develop training programs to enhance technical expertise within the team.
   • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
2. Technical Delivery & Execution:
   • Design, implement, and optimize Netskope, Zscaler, and Forcepoint security solutions for clients.
   • Act as the escalation point for technical challenges and troubleshooting.
   • Conduct security assessments and provide best-practice recommendations.
   • Develop technical documentation, including runbooks, implementation guides, and configuration standards.
3. Client Engagement & Project Management:
   • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their security needs and objectives.
   • Lead pre-sales engagements, scoping, and solution design in collaboration with sales teams.
   • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful deployments.
   • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adoption.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or cloud security.
2. 3+ years of experience leading or managing a professional services team.
3. Hands-on expertise in deploying and configuring Netskope, Zscaler, and Forcepoint security solutions.
4. Strong understanding of SASE, SWG, CASB, ZTNA, and DLP technologies.
5. Experience in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, or similar) is a plus.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
8. Relevant certifications such as Netskope Certified Cloud Security Administrator (NCCSA), Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP), and Forcepoint certifications are a plus.
