The Privacy Manager monitors, analyzes, investigates, and reports on information privacy compliance. They directly manage and lead Privacy Analyst(s) in supporting the department's needs. The role involves developing strategies to evaluate and enhance compliance and privacy performance through investigation, risk assessment, auditing, and monitoring activities. The Privacy Manager assists in problem identification and resolution to support SHS Compliance Program efforts. They maintain current knowledge of relevant state and federal laws and regulations and work closely with Human Resources and the Information Security Team.

The position requires working during Pacific timezone hours.
